Working responsibility:

• Whole catering solution support including, menu and cookbook design.

• Ensure all the projects be implemented in the operation sites.

• Guide the on-site chefs

• Knowledge & skills sharing and training.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5+ years executive chefs experience (hotel or social catering)

• Familiar B to C business model

• Western Executive chef must speak fluent English.

We need 1 Chinese executive chef and 1 western executive chef.
