Job Description
Foreign waiters are responsible for (1) greeting guests in designated positions, paying attention to their meals, obeying the appointment of their superiors, and providing good service to guests.
(2) Perform all kinds of work according to working procedures and standards, such as changing tablecloths, setting tables, cleaning up tableware, preparing tableware and cleaning and hygiene, etc.
(3) To collect daily necessities from warehouse on time with vouchers every day (which can be handled by the foreman or accepted by the foreman). (4) Understand the daily supply of dishes and drinks in order to introduce them to the guests.
(5) Serve, divide, pour wine, change tableware and serve the guests.
(6) Pay attention to the dishes ordered by the guests. Help guests solve all kinds of problems in the dining process as much as possible. If they can't solve the problem, they can promptly report to the foreman.
(7) Avoid breakage of appliances as far as possible, handle them lightly, and make them do their work conscientiously.
(8) Responsible for the finishing up after a good meal, clean and sanitary on duty, and handover.
