Job Description
We are looking for whole school drama teacher to join our client school which is a K-12 British bilingual school in Haikou, Hainan.

Responsibilities:
Deliver educational content to students, ensuring high standards of lesson planning, preparation, and assessment.
Tailor teaching strategies to meet individual student needs and maintain accurate records of progress.
Implement formative assessments, set realistic educational targets, and prioritize student safety and well-being.
Contribute to curriculum development, prepare students for examinations, and provide guidance on educational and social matters.
Motivate students, foster collegial relationships, and enrich the school's offerings through extracurricular activities.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher and possess a minimum of three years of relevant teaching experience.
Preferably hold a professional teaching qualification, with experience teaching non-native English speakers being advantageous.
Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and passion for teaching, effective classroom management skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Commitment to teamwork, high expectations of self and others, and respect for all members of the school community.
