Objective of Job
Overseeing Corporate & Dealer Credit project portfolio, leading and managing projects. Evaluating/implementing integration and continuous process optimization opportunities for Corporate & Dealer Credit.
Provide excellent service towards internal and external customers and deliver outstanding performance.

Task Description
1. System Maintenance and Optimization
- Ensure the smooth running of wholesale working system and follow up bugs whenever needed;
- Coordinate and drive system changes in order to achieve efficiency and improve the effectiveness based on business requirements.
2. Project work packages support
- Training material preparation and implementation support.
- Configuration support (BPM/business rule/user privilege)
- Testing preparation, implementation and coordination, as well as related documentation.
- Other tasks connected to the execution phase of projects
3. Project Management
- Support in preparation of Project Status Reports
- Timely escalation of issues to WP test lead
- Support Project Managers in their execution / management of projects
- Follow up on issues and issues resolution and practice prudent escalation.
- Regular updates with the project managers / teams
- Ensure quality standard of deliverables.
