Main responsibility

The position will plan & execute Geox’s sales growth strategy for regional distributors and dealers and key account Kids and work cross-functionally with Sales Management , Merchandising, Trade Marketing, Finance, Customer Service & Logistics.


Sell-out & Sales Operation

  • Monitor and follow up with dealers about store sell out regularly
  • Assist Wholesale Manager in sales flow management


Sales Analysis & Sales Report

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, customer service, finance, and dealers in data analysis and provide sales reports
  • Assist and work out effective sales analysis to support OTB meeting and dealer order placement


Key Account Management

  • Manage and monitor Kids category and Kids multi-brand store business to ensure short and long-term objectives are met.
  • To build up good relationship with the key account team in functions of store opening, merchandising and retail operation
  • To build up and maintain good relationship with landlord together with the key account


Merchandising

  • Guide the account to improve merchandising efficiency and stock turn over, increase sales growth and store sales performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring account to achieve their sell in and sell out target
  • Prepare and present seasonal merchandising education to account


Brand Communication & Image

  • Be instrumental in internal communication between Wholesale and other departments (Retail Operations, Business Development, Marketing, training & VM, customer service & logistics etc.), and make sure the brand guidelines is delivered to account and stores.
  • Work with marketing team to ensure account marketing activities fit with the brand marketing plans.
  • Ensure that all processes / guidelines developed by the Retail Operations / VM teams are implemented and strictly followed by the account.


Job Requirement:

1. University Degree or equivalent experience.

2. Hard working attitude and teamwork.


3. Minimum 3 years of Sports/Fashion Retail Management experience. Kids business background preferred .

4. Strong business acumen and skill-set in data mining and analysis


5. Outstanding communication skills, including ability to effectively present and respond to client demands and requirements

6. Must possess excellent account management skills with the ability to train and lead others and hold them accountable for results.

7. Must be able to travel.
