Reporting to Area Manager

What you’ll do

• Supporting Area Manager and merchandising team to ensure partners business goals are achieved
• Organizing and implementing visual merchandise workshops for partners
• Ensuring visual merchandise guidelines are developed and shared with partners
• Managing store opening processes
• Conducting regular store visits
• Responsible for partners in-store execution and standards
• Responsible for ensuring VM competencies with partners VM staff
• Compile and issue trend briefings to partners

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• Bachelor or above degree with min. 3 years' of relevant experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and can work under pressure
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Willing to travel within designated regions
• Good written and oral English communication skills
