Purpose of the Job：

• be in charge of the promotion of WEP in WS network and sales teams of our company. Meanwhile, he will optimize and enrich the contents of WEP through field research and constant communication of Wholesalers and field sales teams with an aim at adapting to changes of market scenarios and requirements of our company. The position will handle Transshipment complaints and other WS complaints as well to enhance the overall service level to Wholesalers.

Accountability：

Promote WEP to both WSs and sales teams of our company, monitor the implementation of WEP. Gather, conclude and summarize the challenges in WEP implementation, enrich and improve the contents of WEP manual

Compile and upgrade WEP manual on the yearly basis. Train and guide the WSs and internal teams on WEP;

Organize the WEP evaluation team to evaluate WSs and be responsible for monitoring and execution of evaluation process, provide evaluation reports. Implement WPP tookits to Wholesaler, help WS improve operation effiiciency and reduce cost to serve Leverage Best Practice sharing platform, encourage WS share and learn from each other. Gather and compile WS related information

Facilitate WS trainings and organize WS Panel meetings

Qualifications and Technical competencies：

Education: University or Above

Experience: +3 years of modern trade experience

Computer skills / presentation skills / communication skills
