What do the Reliability Team do?

We are a modern team using scrum-like methods and try to predict what we should do in a 2-week basis. We are also an operation team that handles alarms from monitor system.

We are the builders for Daniel Wellington IT systems that stretch to multiple clouds platforms in China and maintaining transparency to our global HQ through interconnection in and out of China. We are heavy and experienced user on AWS global and AWS china but we’re also expanding fast on Alibaba Cloud and Tmall Cloud support our business growth in China and APAC. We have the operation responsibility for our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV). There are many integrations to the ERP system, for example Lambda services and e-commerce. Automation is the key to our success!

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

• Developing and tweaking the environment to get a more speed, stability and security.
• Writing automation scripts.
• Monitoring global IT infrastructure, identify and solve incidents and escalate issues to proper specialist/manager.
• Collaborating with the DevOps and Dev Teams

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT 任职资格：

• Full working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Academic degree in computer science or related
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory
• Good knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server
• Scripting Language (PowerShell or Python)
• At least 3 years of Windows Server support/operation experiences
• Experience of system monitoring
• Good communication skills
• Strong team player, troubleshooter with an analytical mindset, service minded
• Comfortable to work in both team and individual

What we would love to see from you:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of Linux
• Knowledge of Internetworking
• Knowledge of cloud (AWS,Alibaba Cloud, Tmall Cloud, Microsoft Azure is strongly preferred)
• Certification in related fields (MCSA, AWS SysOps Associate, CCNA and above)
• Thrive to learn new technology, take challenges and solve problems
