Purpose of your role

Thisposition is for an engineer who is experienced in administering theWintel/Active Directory/Virtualization environment in Asia. The candidate is expected to display strongtechnical skill while exhibiting a high level of ownership within a demandingworking environment. He/she need work closely with global team to provide dayto day Engineering support and enhancement especially the coding skillset.He/she will need to coordinate with overseas project teams, comply with companystandard and supportable solutions to complex technical issues as Windows Platform/Backup/DR designetc.

• Windows Server2008/2012/2016
• Windows serverUpdate Server (WSUS) & SCCM for Patching
• Windows FailoverCluster
• Windows IIS
• PowerShell
• System CenterOperations Manager (SCOM) for monitoring
• System CenterOrchestrator & Jenkins for automation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide systems administration on Windows and Virtualizationplatforms including HA solution design; capacity planning; performance tuning;patching; monitoring and upgrades
• Perform routine systems operation automation,monitor systems activities and ensure smooth daily operation of systemsfacilities
• Provide Windows related technical guidance andassistance to management, the team and the business, as required
• Act as technical Consultant or representativein Wintel based project activities, including the development and deployment ofnew tools and technologies
• Support of regional and local projectmanagement and system implementations
• Software and hardware maintenance,procurement and installation
• Communicate with global colleagues to resolveissue for user for Infra related application.
• Automation routine tasks with strong scriptingskillset for our team or our stakeholders
• Can handle 24*7 on-call standby support
• Can handle Wintelrelate BAU (Business As Usual) job

Experience and QualificationsRequired

Essentialskills

• At least 10years’ working experience in Windows servers (2008/2012/2016), failovercluster, SCCM, SCOM, PowerShell etc.
• Good experience in supporting MicrosoftClusters, IIS, PowerShell, NetBackup, SCCM, SCOM, File Server, printer server MicrosoftActive Directory and GPO.
• Strong automationskill with PowerShell (advance level) and have strong ability to automate thedaily work
• Good knowledge of Network (TCP/IP) and Serverhardware/software
• Good skills of spoken and written English and excellent collaboration/communication skills.
• Able to work in a team environment and takeresponsibility for completion of duties
• Quick learning skilland willing to take more opportunity when new project comes
• Excellenttroubleshooting skill
• Experience in SCCMfor patching deployment and act as expert for MS patching
• Experience in HA solution design; capacityplanning, performance tuning and planning, backup/restore design

Desirableskills

• Experience in managing Enterprise Data Storageinfrastructure, such as NetApp EMC NAS and SAN
• Experience in managing VMware virtual platform include capacityplanning, monitoring, troubleshooting
• Experiencein manage Unix system E.g. Redhat and open source technologies

· Experience in VBscripts or other scripts language (Python or Ruby etc) · Experience in MSAzure or Amazon AWS cloud support
