Role Introduction As the Winning With Data Manager, you will be our guide and driver of the acceleration and expansion of data management. We recently introduced FUSION, a global program to transform AbbVie into an efficient, data-driven decision-making organization. Fundamental in this program is Palantir’s Foundry, a Data Analytics Solution/Platform, which allows data to be ingested, quality checked, modelled and visualized through a collection of several tools. You will be the ‘spider in the web’ and coordinate our FUSION program in Scandinavia. The Winning With Data Manager will closely work together with our BI managers, Data Engineer and many business partners across our organization. The function will report into the Customer Excellence Director. The role is based in Oslo, Stockholm or Copenhagen. Sounds interesting? Then apply before October 8th and join our team! Your responsibilities The areas of responsibilities of the Winning With Data Manager, will include • Ensure successful Data Management deployment in the Scandinavian Affiliate with establishment of standardized data processes and governance. • Be the Data manager keeping oversight: planning, communication, issue management, documentation and reporting. • Establish a Data Governance Board and set / drive the agenda of this board. • Identify business needs and coordinate with internal team and partners to ensure that the requirements are gathered, documented, and implemented effectively. • Plays the project manager role of the data operation and liaises internal stakeholders who touch on data. Work on use-case intake process, definitions, scoping, prioritization and project management along with business partners, BI managers and data engineer by solving critical business questions and enabling better data-based decisions • Promotes data utilization and drive evidence-based decision-making culture (change management. • Support development data analytics and insight driven decision capabilities across our organization together with our Learning Partner. • Promotes knowledge sharing of the data analytics application in business and serve as the “go to” person if someone unfamiliar with the data procedure wants to ask questions. • Develop recommendations for management based on business, technical, and opportunity assessments. Explore emerging capabilities such as AI/ML based recommendations. • Identify Gaps in Talent and Skills in Current Affiliate Environment • Work with the Global/Area teams to align organizational priorities with Winnig With Data program evolution. • Responsible for compliance with applicable AbbVie Policies and procedures. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience working in data consulting (or equivalent) assignments, designing BI, analytics and data related solutions. • Proficiency in the principles of data management as well as in digesting and analyzing data sets. • Good understanding of the capabilities of leading enterprise BI and visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Qlik, Foundry). • Good understanding of data science, AI, ML concepts and data privacy and regulatory frameworks. • Interest in technology trends and application of technology to improve end user’s experience. Proven track record of effective project leadership and positive results.
