Work location is - Suite 3004,ChongHing Finance No.288 Nanjing Road(W),Shanghai 200003,China

Skillset required – EUC L2 + Windows L2 + Network L2.

Detailed JD –

• Knowledge in Windows like DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Operating Systems, Outlook, etc. MCSE certified preferable. Windows experience of around 3+ years’ is sufficient.

• Knowledge in Network concepts like Subnets, Masking, IPs, Routers, Switches, LAN,WAN, etc. CCNA certified preferable. Network experience of around 3+ years’ is sufficient.

• Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems

• Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues.

• Hardware knowledge on servers/switches/storage devices.

• Ability to quickly analyze & diagnose technical problems

• Installation and configuration of operating Systems such as Windows 7 & Windows 10.

• Configuration & Troubleshooting of Outlook Issues.

• Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.

• Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment

• Knowledge on VPN configuration and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge on vendor management and asset management.

• Should have knowledge on desk side assistance for hardware/software issues.

• Good communication (both verbal and written) skills required to co-ordinate with client and Wipro offshore team.
