岗位职责：
1、为了提高产品的竞争力，使产品更符合市场需求，进行女装产品的具体设计开发工作；
2、与相关工艺、采购部门紧密配合，配合指导相关工艺部门完成样板的制作及修订；
3、参与每季产品结构的规划、制定及完善，包括颜色、面料、款式的设定及相关工作；
4、进行相关市场的调研，分析，总结以及当前流行资讯的收集整合；
5、组织协调给相关的陈列，广告，销售部门提供技术支持和培训；
6、辅助资深设计师完成相关设计工作。
任职要求：
1、有相关服装行业设计经验；
2、擅长女装梭织品类；
3、对流行趋势的敏感度高；
4、热爱设计专业，责任心强；
5、较强的沟通与协调能力 。

Job responsibilities:
