**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Women's Empowerment Research Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to support our initiatives in promoting women's rights and empowerment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct in-depth research on women's empowerment issues, including but not limited to education, economic participation, health, and leadership.
- Analyze data and trends to identify gaps and opportunities for intervention.
- Develop and implement research projects to inform policy and program development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and publications to disseminate research findings.
- Stay informed on current issues and best practices in women's empowerment.

**Requirements:**
- A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Gender Studies, Sociology, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in women's organizations or government departments.
- Proven research and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a plus.
- A demonstrated commitment to gender equality and women's empowerment.
