• You will report to the Commercial Director,

• Be part of setting up a new brand within BESTSELLER Fashion Group; responsible for the success of the brand, sales achievement and growth.

• In cooperation with Senior Buyer constantly improving the product groups: Pinpoint and enhance weak categories and fabric quality. Attend development fittings, provide proactive and focused input to ensure further production processes run smoothly

• Making sure the fitting and tailoring stay in line with market requirements. To be able to achieve this you’ll work closely with Fit technician.

• Work in close cooperation with buying and technician teams

• Create 4 main collections and 3 express collections a year

• Trend research, both domestic but also international

• Play an active role in creating concept and mood boards, interpreting trends into commercial designs

• Together with Senior Buyer constantly ensure latest trimmings, fabrics, treatments, fittings and updating of suppliers according to trend

• Create style design sheets according to style budget.

• Follow up design sheet details and requests with buying team

• Making sure that design deadlines are kept

• Responsible for the product data input and continuous updates in the PLM system

Requirements：

• Over 8 years solid work experience within higher end womenswear brand

• Relevant woven or knit experience with an appreciation of fabric, trims, wash and workmanship.

• Ability to strongly interpret trends into designs/product for the customer

• Ability to develop strong relationships both internally and with supply partners

• Excellent verbal/written English communication & time management skills

• Comfortable to work with deadlines and working under pressure.

• Excellent in using Adobe programs: Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• Academic degree - Fashion Design

• Willing to travel
