We are looking for an IT Workday Integration Solution Analyst, responsible for developing integration solutions for Workday. The Analyst is also responsible for all phases of the integration lifecycle. As a System Analyst, you will be part of an Agile Team, working closely with our HR partners to develop Workday integration solutions and to develop and test prototypes, and proactively maintain integrations once in production, including on-call support.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Designs, builds, tests, and deploys integration solutions using all of Workday's integration technologies using Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, PICOFs, Web Services, XSLT, REST APIs, reports. Works with XML, Web Services, SOAP, REST, JSON or other integration technologies like MuleSoft.
• Configuration of solutions and applications according to business requirements to automate or enable business processes.
• Troubleshoots integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution. Able to perform initial root cause analysis, and basic configuration activities.
• Supporting other agile teams in integrating with Workday and determining the best solutions to support their needs including API identification and security.
• Coordinates assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timelines are met.
• Talent to identify and remedy performance issues.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum

• 5+ years of proven working experience as a system analyst or solution analyst in the following areas:
  • Collect and analyze system requirement specifications with a focus on technical requirements and solution expertise.
  • Convey system functionality and concepts (via diagrams, flowcharts, wireframes, mock-ups, etc.).

• 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following IT solutions including: Agile Planning, Test/Defect Management, Application Configuration/Integration.
• 1+ year experience with integrations between Cloud-based and On-Prem systems through API's.
• Advanced English level.

Preferred

• Experience in any or all of the following:
  • Workday report writer and calculated fields.
  • Workday Integrations: EIBs, core connectors, and document transformation.
  • Integration software like Workday Studio, MuleSoft Anypoint platform, or similar tools.
  • Workday business processes.
  • Workday security.
  • Experience delivering business outcome through Agile and Scrum methodology.

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
