Job Description
Workday HR Admin Specialist (HR Admin) to support and guide the HR Admin Operations Team Siemens is operating a global instance for Workday in more than 35 countries and aims to roll out Workday world wide based on global processes. We are building up an Expert team to support the Operations team for HR Admin/Data, Reporting and PRISM. In general we expect you to have: 4+ Years General knowledge across all Workday functional areas 3+ Years Specific knowledge in Workday HCM / HR Admin, , ideally for various companies/clients Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change Passion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent service Working together with the Functional Process Owners and the HR Admin Operations Team for Workday will comprise: Discover and analyze complex issues in the system and review solution approaches Identify and design improvements within the Workday HCM area Focus to secure global system and process stability by managing regular operations tasks with the Operations Team (e.g. to verify and control the correctness and consistency of data) Collaboration with Workdays Product Roadmap to identify beneficial HCM product enhancements and prepare implementation within the Release Management Advise and Consult Functional Process Owners on technical HCM solution approaches Define, manage and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs) Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries Guide Operations Team along operational tasks like Incident and Service Request Management Documentation of activities according to the compliance framework SPECIFIC SKILLS: Strong analytical and communication skills combined with a good understanding of a larger application and process landscape Excellent knowledge in designing, creating and maintaining Workday business processes, supervisory organizations, assignments, companies, realizing reorganization within an established data model Analytic skills to identify root-causes based on system data as well as Knowledge in Managing HR Master Data in Workday Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have) This position is open to be hired in different countries.
