Job Description: Early Talent Hiring Manage University Relations and participate in campus recruiting events and build brand for the company. Manage end to end responsibility for campus recruitment process from creating and posting job description to offer roll-out. Act as a recruiting strategic partner, partner with hiring managers and Global Back Office team to ensure the process of identifying, recruiting, and screening potential candidates for early talent roles is managed efficiently. Participate in networking events, attend job fairs and off-site recruitment programs to obtain a strong pool of candidates and to effectively meet hiring needs. Building Talent Pipeline and Diversity Hiring Initiatives Drive innovative and creative talent strategies to source, attract, recruit, and select high-quality candidates against defined criteria for multiple professional disciplines. Provide recruiting support and participate in Eaton sponsored diversity events throughout the year. Team with leadership to help execute our vision for diversity and inclusion. Manage the talent pipeline for requisitions across multiple teams and functions. Take initiative with stakeholders to develop new recruitment strategies. Managing Contingent Worker Hiring Program Working with Hiring Managers, HR, and other partners to establish best practices and managing temp hiring. Recruitment and Selection Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to deliver on the hiring needs of the business. Identify and recruit qualified diverse candidates by engaging in sourcing activities. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews. Participate in weekly status meetings with Hiring Managers. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in human resources or a professional recruiting / staffing role Proven analytical skills and usage of data to drive solutions Fluent in English, Preferably bilingual (English/French) Must be legally authorized to work in the Canada without company sponsorship No relocation is being offered for this role #LI-CH1 What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
