Workforce Solutions Advisor Role at Siemens! What it takes: Submit, audit and track mass employee changes, including partnering with P&O BP/Business for SOM reorganizations Process monthly/annual general wage increases Complete I-9 process for new hires Interface with P&O Business Partners, P&O Expert Teams and GBS H2R Respond to Unemployment Claims and represent the Company at hearings Support internal job posting requirements Provide adhoc reporting, P&O data and validation, upon request Investigate various complicated issues related to the overall employee experience P&O Responsible in HRIS system for a large number of employees – approve employee data changes to ensure data integrity, train and provide support to managers Log and track hourly workforce disciplinary/performance related documentation Collaborate regularly with the Operations team members on best practice and knowledge sharing Create quick reference guides, define process flows, and create useful toolkits Troubleshoot various issues related to P&O system integration and data accuracy Identify gaps in P&O processes and collaborate with various functions within our ecosystem to provide solutions Drive a culture of ownership by enabling our People to fully utilize available self-service resources and tools Skillset: Experience Working in Matrix Environment with a Share Service Center Experience with an HRIS system Sense of urgency; ability to prioritize based on need Superior customer service Experience with MicroSoft Excel including, at a minimum, a skillset that includes creating V-look ups, Pivot Tables, and data summaries Must be organized with ability to manage a high volume of tasks; follow up in a timely manner with customers #TomorrowWithUs #LI-WK1 Organization: People & Organization Company: Siemens Corporation Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Siemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
