In this role you will work in a high-paced environment together with a global team with leading experts from North America, Europe and Asia Pacific to scale digital energy and sustainability services through the XMP. This is a special initiative with high level exposure offering the chance to work with global leadership of Siemens’ core Sustainability business line. As such we are looking for someone highly motivated to make an impact and drive outcomes at the interaction of digitalization and sustainability. Your new responsibilities Assume and own the role of the PMO and act as the right and left hand of the project management Develop a detailed project plan and timeline for the PoC across the entire digital workflow and approach phases Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, product owners, and QA testers, to ensure that project deliverables meet quality Provide support to key team members of a cross functional team consisting of Digital Developers, Energy Engineers, Marketing and Communications, e.g., in creation of a targeted digital customer journey Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and other project-related artifacts Your skills and experience You are currently a Bachelor's or Master’s student enrolled at a Swiss University or University of applied sciences, ideally in technical field (industrial engineering etc.) with a strong understanding of the business side of technology Experience or interest in working in an agile way valuing collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement at the core of activities Must have an interest and preferably experience in driving digital offerings and digital marketing Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy navigating in a multinational and -cultural environment. Able to work independently, with accentuated learning skills and a short ramp-up time.
