We are working with SAFe methodolgy with local developer team members, remote support team members and external suppliers (working very closely). Beyond support, maintenance and continuous delievery of new tools and features, we also train our users and maintaining necessary resources for seamless usage and maintenance of our services. As a working student you will be part of our existing development team in the further development of the tools above to build user centric and future proof solutions. The main tasks include Your primary goal is to provide our users with the best possible experience Working together with a team of supportive software engineers Working on varied areas of software development (requirements engineering, architecture & design, implementation as well as deployment and operation) Implementing new feature requests for our global R&D organization Contribute to fixing bugs and maintaining our existing applications Your skills   Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in the field of IT (e.g. computer science, Process management, Mathematics, Information science) or BA Good knwledge and solid experience in some of the following areas: Object oriented programing languages (Java / C# / .net core) Web technologies and frameworks, basic frontend development skills (Javascript/HTML/CSS) Knowlegde of application programming interfaces is a plus (REST API) Confident with version control systems such as Git or Jazz SCM Knowledge of standard Agile principles and methods like Scrum / SAFe High analytical, working in a structured, thorough and independent manner, open to learn new technologies quickly Customer focused, high level of diligence and good communication skills Passionate about software development Required language skills are English or German What we offer you Great learning opportunities: You will gain detailed insights into the customer (R&D) and internal processes and developments.
