The Siemens Product PKI (PPKI) are professional PKI services operated at the Siemens Trustcenter under the governance of Siemens Technology: The PPKI Certificate Management service hosts and operates certification authorities (CA), the PPKI Digital Signature service hosts and maintains critical signature keys on behalf of Siemens business units (tenants). Both services offer centralized and standardized interfaces to request public-key certificates or digital signatures, resp., and focus on a high level of automation and integration in existing processes. As a working student you support the PPKI onboarding processes by enhancing and maintaining checklists used for specification of tenant specific configurations. The checklists are made machine-readable to allow automated processing to ease the extraction of required data, and for increasing data quality and consistency Transferring legacy checklists into machine-readable format and enhancing existing checklist templates is part of your job In this role, you support us in developing Python tools for automated processing of checklists, and for comparison with other data sources like certificate files and documenting the developed tools You have the chance to work and learn together with security experts of Siemens Technology Use your skills to move the world forward.
