T researches future technologies with internal and external partners (universities, startups, ...), secures them with patents and supports their commercialization. Furthermore, T provides development services for the business units and supports them with approaches and methods for business excellence We make real what matters. This is your role. You work on R&D in the area of Profiling and Tracing, especially with focus on energy consumption You evaluate new technologies, tools, and reference concepts by means of open source or commercial software, user documentation, internet research, source code and, if necessary, own prototypes You will evaluate tools in energy profiling hands-on and summarize benefits and limitations of those You have the flexibility to dig into a new topic, do research driven by your own motivation and interest You document your work and communicate it with the relevant stakeholders Use your skills to move the world forward. You have a university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or engineering sciences You have sound hands-on experience in implementing software with C/C++ (this is a must!) You have sound hands-on experience in using profilers and tracers for software analysis (this is a must!)
