In a flexible working environment, you will support us two days a week at the office and from home. What part will you play? You will be part of a global team responsible for identifying, developing, coaching and placing great talents for global core and top functions as well as succession planning for key global positions at Siemens You will contribute to the conceptual development of strategic projects to realign the internal People & Organization strategy and prepare these in PowerPoint You will support the development and implementation of internal communication concepts to draw attention to the team's activities and find innovative ways to engage executives and high potentials In addition, you will relieve us in the analytics and preparation of P&O data to support data driven decisions We also count on your support in planning and organizing new events, such as development panels for high potentials What you need to make real what matters. You are currently enrolled at a German university or university of applied sciences, studying business administration, economics, psychology, communications, or a comparable course of study - ideally with a focus on human resources - and are available to us for approx. 20 hours/week Experience in project management and in the HR department of a large corporation is a plus You are proficient in the use of common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint Strong communication skills, analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent work style makes you stand out You have very good written and spoken English skills, as our team operates globally. The majority are native Germans, so a knowledge of German would be a positive add-on You have a team and collaborative spirit, are fun to work with and like to have a good laugh You can start immediately or by arrangement ideally for a duration of at least one year We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
