Service & Project Portfolio actively manages a transparent, lean and agile IT portfolio and forms the foundation for the continuous transformation of the IT landscape. Continuous refinement with new digital products and innovative services from the IT Value Centers and Siemens Business IT units. With transparency we help analyze the IT portfolio status quo and determine necessary developments / optimization to support strategic direction. Within a team of (exclusively) senior IT portfolio experts, you will get to know the impact of community-based approaches in a state-of-the-art IT environment: here you will help create focused training material on project portfolio management, setting a harmonized pace across major stakeholder groups (in IT project management, IT leadership and business) You will learn about how to steer a corporate IT project portfolio in a data-driven manner by fostering the application and user experience-oriented improvement of our data-insights You will understand the pivotal importance of good information technology lifecycle management practices: here you will help drive the maturity of core IT processes along key performance indicators relevant to our major stakeholder groups and how to tick and tie demands with projects that either ramp-up, change or ramp-down IT services What you need to make real what matters.
