Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will work in the Program Management Office (PMO) of our strategic business transformation program P58 You support the PMO Team in operational program/project management e.g., program planning, reporting, risk and resource management You will independently organize project meetings and prepare/review them You support the conception and design of reportings in Microsoft PowerBI and PowerApps in alignment with the PMO Team You will support communication and change management activities in coordination with the PMO Team To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You are studying in any degree program (bachelor/master) You have experience with Microsoft PowerBI and PowerApps You are very familiar with Office365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Your attributes and skills: With your excellent English skills you are able to cope in an international environment, German skills would be an asset You are driven and motivated to work within project environment You take ownership of your tasks and can also work independently You value teamwork and transparency (we are one team and therefore support each other) You have a “get things done” mentality and can prioritize tasks Sounds like you?
