Your tasks and responsibilities: This is a role well suited to a beginning professional looking to gain meaningful experience. As a Working Student for the Global Human Resources, Learning Team, you will: Support the Learning Operations Team in various global projects Analyze learning data and support the reporting out of various learning systems Support in the virtual delivery of learning solutions Create appealing, creative, and high-quality documents for management presentations and internal communication with all management levels (exclusively in English) Stay pro-actively involved in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and events Support charging process of learning offerings To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You are in the Master’s program (preferably in the 1st semester), with a focus on business Restricted administration, HR Management and Organizational Behavior You have interest in learning operational requirements across all areas of corporate learning You have interests in learning system solutions and creating efficient learning process delivery chain You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and a good feel for creating presentations You are used to independently managing your responsibilities and performing as a reliable team member You are highly committed to and actively engaged in your topics to cultivate success for Siemens Healthineers Your attributes and skills: You have strong communication skills and the ability to discuss (verbally and written) relevant business topics in excellent English is the basis for efficient communication with colleagues and partners around the globe, in various levels You have intercultural awareness and influencing skills You work with foresight and a lot of organizational, analytic and project management skills to meet deadlines and bring flexibility with you You show a strong customer orientation with a customer first mentality You love to work in intercultural teams and like to contribute your motivation, initiative, and creativity If you are willing to work for more than six months, we look forward to receiving your application!
