You assume and own the role of the PMO and act as the right and left hand of the Product Owner during roll-out of the Smart Asset Management portfolio You contribute to the creation of the operations manual and help ensure a smooth transition from implementation and deployment to operations You support the integration of the subcontractor portal and help project management ensure a sound deployment and go-live You assist with integration of the deployed tool with the Siemens SI ecosystem, more specifically monitoring tools and other adjacent systems You help create and conduct key user training and record training videos You facilitate the regional implementation of the tool after go-live, especially onboarding of new projects What you need to make real what matters. You are currently in your Master studies ideally in business administration or a technical field (industrial engineering etc.) with a strong understanding of the business side of technology You must have an interest and preferably some experience in the area of energy engineering or energy-related business You possess a data mindset and understand smart analytics, data mining, and you are able to convert business language into data language Furthermore, you bring strong interpersonal skills and enjoy navigating in a multinational and -cultural environment You are able to work independently, with accentuated learning skills and a short ramp-up time You stand out in terms of creativity and own initiative Your English is at proficient level, German is a strong plus Wanted: designers of the future. www.siemens.de if you wish to find out more about Siemens before applying.
