You will support our international team based out of Munich in the design and implementation of a new contract management system for the division Financial Services in multiple countries You will support the project initiative as a member of the accounting workstream, reporting to senior project members periodically on resource allocation and time taken to complete tasks, as well as liaising with project members to forecast expected efforts to complete tasks and meet project milestones Within the team, you will work on the transformation of technical documentation into an interactive tool to help navigate Siemens Financial Services accounting guidance Together with the team you will work on the testing and configuration of the accounting functionalities in close collaboration with the local business operations teams located across Europe Your tasks include supporting the coordination of the testing efforts and the tracking the workstream progress for the reporting to project management, as well as moderating the weekly update calls within the accounting workstream and providing minutes of the meeting What you need to make real what matters.
