You help drive the digital transformation of sales by supporting the maintenance of the state-of-the-art sales enablement automation platform Highspot, creating transparency of missing or out-of-date content and training sales and marketing in its use You work at connecting the different digital tools and or its data through PowerBI (Highspot, Salesforce, Saba, Outreach, etc.) to make a seamless sales journey and improve sales effectiveness You work with the data from the different tools to find insights into tool usage and ways to improve our sales team You support the efficient onboarding of software sales in the regions regarding sales tools to maximize sales performance. You support other sales enablement activities e.g. sales kick-off, sales competitions, seller’s list, etc. Based on this data, you create reports that support sales management, enablement, operations and marketing decision making What you need to make real what matters. The foundation of your success is working towards a university degree in business informatics / digitalization / sales / software engineering or other suitable education You gained your first relevant work experience in an IT company/ department, sales, or sales excellence as a working student or trainee Furthermore, you bring knowledge for creating actionable insight from data made available from digital sales tools e.g. which sales collateral, training sessions, sales presentations, references are being used by sales in which regions Based on this data, you create reports that support sales management, enablement, operations and marketing decision making You enjoy digging into data and making sense of it for internal stakeholders To find your way in your international environment you bring fluent English language skills. Other language skills like German, Spanish or Portuguese are welcome In addition, you have excellent communication, moderation and presentation skills and have experience with PowerBI and or Excel You are innovative and interested in AI topics e.g. ChatGPT and discovering new use cases for sales Wanted: designers of the future. www.siemens.de if you wish to find out more about Siemens before applying.
