Our Global People & Organization Team located at our headquarters in Zug is now looking for a working student to join the team. We are seeking someone who is ready and eager to join a global setting to contribute and grow with tasks and projects in the field of People & Organization. You will work together in a small team of Global Project Leads that work on the full lifecycle of People and Organisation projects from Talent Acquisition and Leadership to Learning an everything else in between. In this function there is an extra focus on workforce transformation including culture change. You will be in daily contact with talented people and business partners across the globe using English as your main language and will also collaborate with different stakeholders throughout all your responsibilities. Your new responsibilities Drive and support various topics and projects in the area of People & Organization with a focus on change and culture Preparation, facilitation and follow-up of workshops and meetings Preparation of communication and training materials for international communities using innovative formats (social media platforms, video) Creation and evaluation of various reports including key P&O data insights/analytics Active participation in other special topics and projects in the field of people and in particular workforce transformation With a confident, ambitious, and solution-oriented mindset, the right candidate will develop into driving their own topics and gain additional responsibilities Your skills Current student at a university or university of applied sciences (e.g. business administration, management, psychology, or comparable fields of study in the humanities) Ideally initial work experience in People & Organization or another business-oriented environment Desire to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and to actively drive change forward Strong organizational and communication skills Positive, flexible, and resilient personality with strong team orientation Very good written and spoken German and English Start immediately or by arrangement ideally for a period of at least one year Who and where we are Find out why Siemens is chosen every year as one of the most popular employers in Switzerland, and get a first impression of a new working environment and the people who could be your new work colleagues.
