You will assist in strategic culture planning and ensure that all culture activities are aligned with the set objectives You support us in creating concepts and ideas to foster and establish a new mindset, e.g. by developing culture hacks and other experiments to drive the change within the organization You may take on sub-projects independently and work closely with the IT DF Leadership team You will create content for different channels, promote new ways of working at IT and act as a culture ambassador You will create and revise PowerPoint presentations and Postings in the Siemens corporate design and will support in building and maintaining SharePoint sites and communities We don’t need superheroes, just super minds. You are a Bachelor or Master student in e.g. Communication, Psychology, Business Administration and Design interested in IT and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics You work independently, conscientiously, and like to take on responsibility You are an entrepreneur, and you like to try out new ways of doing things You have an eye on the detail and ideally experience or a passion in the field of design You have excellent communication skills and can easily communicate complex topics in a simple and target-group oriented way You have an excellent command of English (written and spoken), English native speakers are also highly welcome Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens. www.siemens.de if you wish to find out more about Siemens before applying.
