POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees the Accounts Receivable team in performing the accounts receivable duties, including functions such as billing, credit memo processing, account reconciliations, invoice preparation, and customer inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day management of AR staff who perform various AR duties including billing, invoicing, customer dispute handling, account auditing, and credit processing.
  • Advise staff in the resolution of escalated customer inquiries or disputes
  • Assists the AR manager with special projects, as required
  • Assist in the hiring and training of accounts receivable staff, as needed.
  • Act as the escalation contact for internal and external stakeholders with outstanding issues.
  • Work efficiently and in a collaborative team environment within the department and business
  • Work to prioritize projects and handle multiple deadlines
  • Evolve the department through continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying issues, proposing enhancements and working with functional leaders within other departments of the business
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Manager of Workplace Revenue.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (What You Will Need)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years accounting/finance experience. 
  • Intermediate Excel ability required
  • Navision experience preferred.
