Responsibilities:

• In charge of the workshop team to achieve business targets while maintaining service quality
• Manage and motivate the workshop team to achieve the monthly and yearly business target
• Review the workshop operation in order to maximize the productivity, efficiency and maintain our repair quality
• Make sure the execution and application of Porsche Service Process, which is in line with Principal standards
• Liaise with different teams (Service Advisors, Technical & Warranty, Parts, Drivers) for a smooth operation and meet the delivery schedule
• Manage the working environment , facility & safety of the workshop and ensure the tools, equipment works effectively sure the equipment works effectively

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Automotive Engineering or above
• At least 2-3 years' working experience as Workshop Manager for European motors brand
• Self-initiated, able to work under tight deadline and pressure Candidates with international automotive retail experience are preferred
• Good communication and people management skills
• Proficient in PC skills including Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
