Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and participate in daily yard operations and tasks;
• Supervise, monitor and set priorities for the team members to ensure completion of assigned tasks;
• Oversee operational safety tasks and perform risk assessments whenever necessary;
• Support the Operations Supervisor in mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment;
• Monitor and plan routine maintenance of equipment, including but not limited to drill rigs, water pumps and hydraulic power pack;
• Identify operational issues, propose and implement improvement plans to ensure yard operations to align with corporate policies and guidelines, all statutory health and safety regulations;
• Collaborate with the internal departments in depot incidents reporting and investigations;
• Assist the direct manager for yard operations improvements;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in Engineering, Safety or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in depot management and equipment maintenance;
• Good understanding of Ground Investigation operations;
• Exposure in health and safety, environmental protection, quality control highly preferable;
• A good team player with good problem solving and leadership skills;
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Holder of forklift or driver licences an advantage.
