Job Description

The Workspace End Device Intern will support the End Devices (laptops, cell phones, printers etc.) required for the Americas.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

  • Process and Solution Documentation of Asset Management Processes.
  • Improvement of Manual Reconciliation Spreadsheets.
  • Automation of Various Manual Process.
  • Assist with Requirements and Project Inceptions.
  • Leveraging Agile Working Models to assist with project discovery and estimations.
  • Documentation of end device processes.
  • Analysis of manual processes, recommendation of automation.
  • Participation in agile projects for end user device deliverables – Story development.
  • Operational Efficiency: Asset Management Process Improvements.
  • Campus Mobile: Migration and Rollout Communication.

  • Communication Skills.
  • Pursuing a degree with an IT Engineering Focus.
  • Technical Writing Skills.
  • RPA awareness.
  • Scrum Methodology.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. 
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term. 
  • THE WORK TERM DATES ARE (January 3rd until May 6th).
