YOU will be responsible for driving the Lenovo Workstation E-Commerce product portfolio across the region. This will involve working with the extended E-Commerce teams & Partners to drive the workstation e-commerce business and share of wallet. Revenue, Growth, Profit Targets: •Increase market share •Grow Average Unit Revenue •Increase premium mix to grow overall profit margin Day-To-Day Responsibilities: Strategic : •To grow and maximize sales revenue for the Lenovo Workstation e-commerce business ; Develop and implement short and long term strategic business plans to support this •Monitor the Profit and Loss of the businesses and recommend the appropriate strategies for the Workstation campaigns and promotions to take place based on seasons, bi-monthly and monthly basis. Promotional : •Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely •Work in close collaboration with Regional Marketing team to ensure alignment of broader goals. •Oversees implementation and execution of item promotional campaigns that lead to increased sales and market share Operations : •Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. •Identify new product opportunities and issues.  Funnel information to product manager to assist with new product development •Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. •Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks. Others : •Creative thinker that finds new processes and solutions for business strategy •Apply learnings from real-time E-commerce, digital and consumer trends as well as emerging digital tools Key Performance Indicators/Metrics: •Revenue growth •Margin growth •Units shipments •Market share growth Team Involvement: •High level of interaction with Web & E-Commerce Sales teams, 4P, Product, and Marketing. You will also work with other sales leads, including AEs, ISRs and channel partners. Close engagement with Strategic Alliances #### Position Requirements: Experience & Skills: •Minimum 5-7yrs sales/technical experience, in or around the E-Commerce market in hardware/software. Several years’ experience in a similar role at a major player in the market •High energy, Self motivated, success oriented, dynamic, persistent and driven. Deep technical competencies will be viewed positively as will a highly successful sales approach and evangelistic product approach.
