Workstation Sales Specialist for Poland & Czech Republic

Are you an expert in business development?
Can you help us develop and grow our workstation business in Poland & Czech
Republic?
You will identify and prioritize the sales opportunities and build programs to
accelerate the growth. You will work in a virtual team of people across the
whole Europe with the cooperation of the local sales team.
What will be your tasks in this role?
• Identify the right route to market and get management support to drive sales
to these routes
• Identify (Acquire) and develop (Grow) Workstation channel partners to
address market needs and support Lenovo expansion in this solution offering
• Develop with the channel team the right Go To Market plan, channel expansion
program (including TeleSales to end-users or Business Partners), incentive
plan to support WS hyper growth in commercial
• Drive the usage by partners of our tools and processes (bid portal, CTO
tool, …)
• Develop relationship with software vendors to enable sales through
certification, trade marketing program, support on large deals
• Build action plans with each segment leader to develop our share of wallet
• Build strong relationships with the Country/Region Sales team & Management
• Interact with the Workstation EMEA and local team to get insights on our
competitive position
• Your segment lead will be SMB, Enterprise & Public Sector, Global Accounts
• Interface with Marketing to have the right marketing mix in place at
regional level
Your key interactions will be with the local Product Managers, Regional & EMEA
Product Business Units, Regional & Country Sales & Channel organization,
Regional / country marketing organization and Enterprise & Public Sector
teams.
Position Requirements:
What do we expect from you?
• 5+ years’ experience in a business development role in the IT industry
• Experience in sales of volume products (preferably PC’s)
• Knowledge of the workstation market (Notebook and Desktop) involving major
integrated software vendors such as Autodesk, Adobe, PTC, Solidworks,
Dassault, Siemens, etc.
• Understanding of key country Corporate IT market
• You can build and execute business development plans
• Fluent English, other languages are an advantage as you will work with
different nationalities but it’s not mandatory
