Position Description: Lead worldwide Reverse parts process and set Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indexes with Vendors. Lead daily operation of reverse process and improve Reverse Turn Around Time, Yield Rate and Credit performance. Set up suppliers' Return Manufacturer Authorization process and monitor Return Manufacturer Authorization tracker performance. Escalate suppliers' performance improvement. Guide Geography teams on escalating items, including suppliers' requirements and repair technical support.
