Job Description
Position Description: The North America (NA) Channel Organization is seeking a Project Liaison to coordinate across multiple, multi-year Lenovo Worldwide (WW) transformational projects that will build the channel of the future and improve partner experience.  This critical role will be responsible for representing NA Channel strategic requirements, coordinating NA efforts (people, timeline, readiness, decisions, etc), as well as report status, impacts, and risks to the NA Channel leadership.  The Project Liaison will work cross-functionally across multiple WW project teams and numerous business areas including Sales, Operations, BTIT, Strategy, and Finance. Key Responsibilities • Acts as liaison between NA Channel teams, WW BTIT, and WW Ops for the development and implementation of new tools and enhancements of existing systems • Act as the voice for NA Channel to ensure requirements are met; pull in subject matter experts as needed; and elevate key decisions as appropriate. • Serve as an Interlocking agent across multiple projects involving NA Channel ensuring aligned goals and outcomes • Develop and maintain a Business Management System to track progress, issues, and risks across all projects.  Communicate status to executive leadership & NA Channel sales team. • Ensure and support change management, training, and post-deployment is provided • Engage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and involvement within the North America and WW organizations on project deliverables • Maintain a focus on NA Partner Satisfaction as a key tenet of all projects #### Position Requirements: Position Requirements: Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field • Direct Lenovo Channel experience, with deep understanding of both Channel sales and operations • 5+ years of industry experience in sales, operations, program/project management • Experience managing multiple, complex workstreams Skills • Strong organizational, change management, and communication skills • Ability to articulate the NA requirements with associated business impacts, opportunities, and risks to influence project outcomes • Fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances of complex, interdependent projects & processes • Comfort with complexity and ambiguity, ability to “think outside the box” and move concepts to implementation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being comfortable raising ideas/impacts that conflict with other stakeholders • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams across multiple teams We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
