#### Position Description:


We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Data Center Group (DCG).
This person will be responsible for the operational support, business
intelligence and reporting on the overall DCG business evolution and tracking
of the progress made for the core KPIs in sales and pipeline. You as the
Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day following up and
maintaining the basis for the correct tracking of the business at world-wide
level.

Your responsibilities include:

• Tracking, maintaining and coordinating the Business Management System and
core KPIs for the end to end of the business with the Geographies.

• Driving existing business analytics and engagement with Finance, Services,
Segments and the Channel.

• Develop analytics, define and support the implementation of further
developments on existing and new areas of our business intelligence that will
bring more efficient predictability to the business leaders.

• Engage in transformation projects, organizational change management and any
other requirements to progress the business.

• The position will receive direct guidelines from WW Sales Operations and
operate with the Geo sales Operations leaders.

#### Position Requirements:


Your experience:

• 3+ years' experience in Sales Operations.

• Experience in alignment with countries and be experienced in working in an
international environment and different business segments.

• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss
and balance sheet.

.• Experience communicating technical information in a clear and concise
manner with Executives managers, non-technical leaders and internal customers.

• Understanding of the IT and sales reporting systems and their flow.

• Ability to research and solve complex problems and unusual/unexpected
challenges.

• Good communication and skills to engage peers and extended teams.

• Enterprise Server  knowledge is an advantage.

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2100 EUR and above, depending on
experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
