Position Description: Plan software projects including project requirements, schedules, and cost objectives. Work as the liaison between business-end users and development team to understand new business requirements, change existing business requirements, draft BRD, and prepare technical specifications. Analyze billing and tax calculation process using Avalara and Sabrix. Define user stories using Jira and manage incidents and issues in SNOW and HP QC. Develop and review application code components and automate code build and deployment process using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and Confluence. Responsible for transformation requirements from Corporate and multiple Geographic business units.
