Job Description
Main Responsibilities主要职责: * Lead and support Office sales team to fulfill the sales target defined in respective Financial Year; 领导和支持办公室销售团队完成当个财年度定义的销售目标; * Promote designated Siemens products to the market; 向市场推广西门子指定产品; * Keep frequency contact to customer, distributor, general contractor, partner etc. and establish good but also effective, long term relationships on all levels and to all departments; 与客户、经销商、总承包商、合作伙伴等保持密切的联系,并与各部门建立良好且有效的长期关系; * Observe the market to develop new and more business opportunity / offers / partners / channels; 观察市场,开拓新的、更多的商机/优惠/合作伙伴/渠道; * Provide input to sales forecast; collect all available market data and forward to Team Leader / Front Sales; 为销售预测提供输入; 收集所有可用的市场数据并给到前端销售; * Provide customer with up-to-date information (products, prices, documentation); Arrange regular and scheduled new technology and products promotion (i.e workshops, seminar roadshow and etc.), guide the customer and make added value to the customer; 为客户提供最新的信息(产品、价格、文件); 定期安排新技术、新产品的推广(如研讨会、路演等),引导客户,为客户创造附加值; * Drive Office people development and recruiting; 推动办公室人员的发展和招聘; * Other related tasks assigned by superior; 完成上级交办的其他相关工作; * Guide and support team member; 指导和支持团队成员; * People management: within functional area select, deploy and develop employees under relevant statutory legislation and company policies; empower them, aligns all members toward team excellence in order to ensure long-term company success with motivated high calibrate employees; 人员管理:根据相关法律法规和公司政策,在职能范围内选择、部署和发展员工;赋予他们权力,使所有成员朝着团队卓越的方向努力,以确保公司的长期成功与积极的高素质员工; * Support project team to conclude order; 支持项目团队完成订单; * Support BA team to collect payment; 支持商务团队收款; * Analyze win/loss projects. 对成功和失败的项目进行分析。 Requirements岗位要求: 'min. 8 years working experience for relevant industries related customers; 8年以上相关行业相关客户工作经验; Working experience with international companies or colleagues is preferred; 有跨国公司工作经验或同事优先; Sales team management experience; 销售团队管理经验; Strong business breakthrough capability; 较强的业务突破能力; Good communication skills (external and internal); 良好的沟通能力(内部和外部); SI prodects knowledge (may specified for different product line sales); 智能基础设施集团产品知识 (根据不同的产品线销售而定); Product and market knowledge; 产品和市场知识; Commercial Knowledge; 商务知识; Siemens policy and culture knowledge; 西门子的政策和文化知识; Sales & Negotiation skills; 销售和谈判技巧; Presentation & Communication Skills; 表达和沟通能力; MS Office Skills; 办公软件技能; Good oral and written English; 良好的英语听说读写能力; Good team work, result oritented; 良好的团队合作精神,结果导向; Project management, Customers Relationship management and Partnership Management experience; 有项目管理、客户关系管理、合作伙伴管理经验; Strong sales team management experience. 较强的销售团队管理经验。 Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Ltd., China Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
