The Center’s goal is to achieve the most efficient and effective technology transfer and manufacturing ramp by combining front- and back-end manufacturing, product engineering and technology development roles.

Job Description

As a Fab16 YE PFA Engineer of Micron Technology, you will be responsible to define and communicate the issues in processing and designing which should be completed under the situation of limited wafer yield with a fast turnaround time and accurate way. Through daily analysis of inline/param/probe/experiments data, achieve the best in class yield ramp as well as quality improvement.

Responsibilities and Tasks

1.Yield monitoring.

2.Improve the defect and enhance the yield.

3.Analyze the physical properties of materials & structural section of abnormal product.

Education/Experience/Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree(or above) major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, chemistry, Material Science, or related fields

2.PFA analysis experience in semiconductor is better

3.Ambitious, responsible, proactive and good teamwork spirit.

4.Able to work in day / night shifts rotation.

5. PFA engineer will use microscopes to find physical failures and identify root cause of fails
