Maple Leaf International School - Yancheng branch is situated in Tinghu District of Yancheng City and is centrally located with large shopping malls and super markets nearby. The school will officially open in September 2017. All school buildings will be equipped with fresh air systems and high-end teaching equipments as well as supporting facilities. The campus will also have apartments available for teachers that require accommodation. In 2017-2018 school year, MLIS-Yancheng will enroll students from pre-school to grade six and plans to recruit about 25 staff to teach on its campus which will include two international ESL teachers.

Yancheng has many supermarkets and malls. Imports can be purchased in some of the larger shopping malls such as Jinying or New World which are both within walking distance of the school’s campus. Wanda Mall and Metro Supermarket are both within a 10 to 15 minutes drive.

2. Job Descriptions:
● Salary scale - 21,800USD to 30,000USD per year, depending on previous teaching experiences
● Working days - Monday to Friday (1st semester - September to late January; 2nd semester - late February to early July)
● Working hours - Depending on the school’s schedule, usually 8:00am to 17:00pm, including lunch hour
● Teaching blocks - 25 periods in elementary school & middle school (45 mins per block) ; 15 blocks in high school (70 mins per block)
