For our team in Taichung, we are looking for a Yield Enhancement (YE) manager. The position is part of Micron Manufacturing Central Team. In this role, you and your team would work with manufacturing sites, IT and Technology Development on enhancing tools and methods to analyze and enhance yields.

You should have 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Industry and be familiar with some of the following:

• Failure analysis (PFA and/or EFA)
• Semiconductor technology (manufacturing and testing process)
• Data analysis tools and methods, including new big data approaches
• Leading projects through a global organization
• Strong communication in English and Chinese

The position will give you the chance to learn and develop exciting new methods to support development and manufacturing ramp of leading edge memory technologies. You will be stationed in Taichung, but have the chance to work with our global manufacturing sites in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore and US.
