What You Will Be Doing
 

• Provide health, fitness & wellness leadership to guests and members
• Lead safe and effective group yoga classes as required
• Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times: operations, cleaning and sanitization of all equipment, supplies well stocked
• Assist guests and members with any questions or concerns they have whilst using the facility
• Participate actively in all scheduled meetings, training sessions and community events promoting the facility
• Maintain a professional image while dressing properly and speaking positively on behalf of the facility, leading an active and healthy lifestyle
• Assist with promotional activities and initiatives
• Ensure guest/member satisfaction at all times by reinforcing that safety and service is always our priority
• Support and assist the Sales & Marketing team with special events as required
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned

Your Experience And Skills Include

• Degree in kinesiology or other related exercise/fitness degree/diploma
• Experience teaching Group Fitness classes
• Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Self‑motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
• Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
