We are looking for a YSC Manager to:
• shape and drive the implementation of the overall Young Successors Community (YSC) strategy
• drive member engagement within the YSC and actively connect members with each other
• actively market the YSC with UBS internal stakeholders and drive the acquisition of new members
• curate the online content (interviews, videos, articles, podcasts, etc.) and the publication schedule for the digital platform together with UBS internal and external partners
• execute the publication of the contents on the platform (web publishing)
• plan and execute community events (webinars, physical events, etc.)
• closely work and align with the community managers of related communities under the Client Services umbrella such as the Global Philanthropists Community, the Art Collectors Circle and the Industry Leaders Network amongst others
• closely work with the Head of Family Advisory on the further shaping and the implementation of a global Next Generation journey for UBS Global Wealth Management clients
