Job Duties and Responsibilities

• To develop, coordinate and work out the media and art engineering related to visual art classes, groups and programs,
• To recruit, plan and execute the youth volunteer services with the applications of learned media/art engineering knowledge and skills
• To assist the work implementation of subteam and the whole unit's centralized programs
• To share the routine work like taking up duty officer role on a shift basis
• Any other job duties assigned by Unit-In-Charge

Entry Requirements

Study Fields：

• Get a full pass or above in HKCEE, including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics OR
• Get Level 2 or above in 5 subjects of HKDSE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

• Good knowledge and skills in the application of social media tools
• Good knowledge and skills in the application of STEM
• Good knowledge and skills in visual arts will be a good advantage
• Practice wisdom of organizing similar classes/groups/programs will be a good advantage
• Good in the application of information technology tools like the use of Word and Excel
• Good typing skills both in Chinese and English

Certificate, License and Registration：

• HKCEE /HKDSE certificate
• Written proof of those knowledge/skills and abilities stated as above, if any

Personal Attributes：

• Similar past working experiences are preferable
• Be creative and love teamwork
• Can work independently and be resourceful
• High administrative accountability
• A great interest to work for youth with visual art program tools

Additional Requirements：

• Need to sit for the written test / typing test, both in English and Chinese, for the selected applicant
