Job Duties and Responsibilities

• To coordinate and develop youth/ children interest class and activities, or special activities when necessary
• To assist in planning marketing and promotional activities
• To perform any other duties as required by the Federation
• On duty at office reception counter, handle public enquiries, incoming telephone and mail.

Entry Requirements

Study Fields：

• 5 passes in DSE or in HKCEE (includes Chinese, English and Maths)
• A higher grade in English Language will be an advantage.
• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above will be an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

• Good at written and verbal presentation, especially with the application of English.
• Good application of Excel / Microsoft words / Powerpoint
• Knowledge in Web management is preferred
• Familiar in video and multi-media production is appreciated.
