Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating operation strategies and execution plans to enhance utilisation of the premises.
• Responsible for site management and maintenance in a good condition for work and public visitors.
• Administrative work and service report of the premises and hostel.
• To perform any other duties as required by supervisor.

Entry Requirements

Study Fields：

• Higher diploma / associate degree or above.
• Major in property management, facilities management, business administration or related disciplines is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities：

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in related field is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy is preferred.

Additional Requirements：

• Work at Fanling.
• Perform shift duties on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
• Perform night shift duties when necessary.
